Low Fat SandwichesSome low fat Sandwiches! They really do taste great. Low fat doesn't mean low taste. Enjoy these sandwiches which are full of flavours, and at the same time contains little fat.
Slow Cooker Double Onion Beef Sandwiches 3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper 3 lb. fresh beef brisket (not corned beef) 1 med. onion, thinly sliced 1 pkg. (1 .3 oz.) onion soup mix 1/2 cup water 8 individual French rolls or crusty rolls 1. Mix garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; rub on both sides of beef. Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes 3 lbs. ground beef 1 large onion, coarsely chopped 3/4 cup chopped celery 1 cup barbecue sauce 1 can (26 1/2 oz.) sloppy joe sauce 24 hamburger buns 1. Cook beef and onion in Dutch oven over med. Heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. 2. Mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients except buns in 3 1/2-6 qt. slow cooker. 3. Cover and cook on Low 7-9 hrs. (or HIGH 3 to 4 hrs.) or until vegetables are tender. 4. Uncover and cook on HIGH until desired consistency. Stir well before serving. Fill buns with beef mixture.
